Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate product information, documents, and certificates (CoA, MSDS, GMP, etc.).

Payments & Fees
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Quoted costs exclude government fees, authority charges, and third-party testing unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (logo, design, brochures, reports) belongs to ATOZ.
- Clients retain intellectual property rights for their brand/product but grant ATOZ permission to use logos in marketing with consent.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- ATOZ will keep client information and documents confidential.
- Personal and business data will be handled in compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
Limitation of Liability
- ATOZ is not liable for rejections by authorities (MOHAP, DM, SFDA, etc.).
- ATOZ is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, government backlogs, or client-side delays.
- ATOZ is not responsible for loss of profits or business opportunities due to market changes.
Third-Party Links

Termination
